RE: INVITATION TO A COMMEMORATION OF LEGACY OF LOVE AND LAUNCH A HOME OF DIGNITY
Greetings of Peace and good wishes in Lord Jesus. On behalf of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Tarbes, I wish to warmly invite you to join us on 15th August 2025 for a deeply meaningful occasion, the commemoration of the founding of our congregation and a tribute to the women who have given their lives in service to others. For generations, the Sisters of St. Joseph of Tarbes have served with quiet strength nurturing children and youth through Education, offering comfort in hospitals, and bringing hope to those in need through many other services in the community. Today, many of these same sisters are aging, frail, and in need of the very care they once gave so freely. This year, we mark our founding not only with thanksgiving but with a bold step forward; the launch of a fundraising initiative to build a care home at our formation house in Nyeri, that will be a safe and loving sanctuary where our aging and infirm sisters and other vulnerable elders in our community can find rest, medical support, and dignity in their final years.
