Sisters of St. Joseph of Tarbes – Community Peace Service (SJT-CPS) is one of the SJT development programs that is being implemented in collaboration with AGIAMONDO, a Peace service partner organization from Germany. The project is aimed at empowering the sisters with skills and knowledge on peace building mechanism. Through trainings on; Conflict analysis and transformation, non-violent communication, reflective listening, the do-no-harm approach but also on topics like self-care and stress management the sisters will be more relevant to the needs of individuals and communities in all their ministries. They will know how to become better peace builders and according to their mission to live and build communion. This project was launched on 22nd November 2020 at SJT formation house Muringato, during the sisters’ annual meeting.
